School Management Advisory Program

Our School Management Advisory Program is designed to provide advisory services to school executives. With personal one-on-one interaction, we will evaluate the practices of the school and work along side the School’s Management Team to help them recruit, enroll and graduate more students off their lead flow.  (See “How it Works”)

Most schools do not have a lead flow problem…they have a conversion problem. Most schools get enough leads on a monthly basis, but they are unable to convert enough of those leads to quality enrollments (starts) that are profitable for the school to finance or cash out.

Unfortunately many schools leave more prospective students on the table every month that could be successfully closed, than they currently enroll.  Our first goal is to help schools convert more paying students off their lead flow. It makes no sense to spend more money on advertising and marketing when the school is not converting the leads they already have.

Sales Manager’s Training Program

Our Sales Manager’s Guide to Student Recruiting & Enrollment provides the Sales Manager with guidelines to help them increase the close ratios of their admission representatives.

Specifically we provide the Sales Manager with guidelines to managing their Admission Representatives with tracking their lead flow, hiring practices and Admission Representative Training. Optimal Closing Cycle Tracking Program

Our Optimal Closing Cycle Tracking Program is a software program designed to help the sales manager identify the optimal closing cycle for each individual admissions representative. The optimal closing cycle program calculates each individual admissions reps closing cycle based upon where 80% of their closes fall within a date range, taking out the longest 20% of closes by date. 
Many sales reps continue to work leads way to long after the lead has fallen past its optimal closing cycle, producing lost sales and poor close ratios. This program helps to rectify this problem by giving the sales manager an easy to implement & use tracking program, producing increased enrollments by enabling each admission representative to only work the leads that fit their unique closing cycle.

Retention Program

Our Retention Program helps the School Director identify students showing significant signs of withdrawal. The program is customized to each school’s unique specifications, uses group interviews during the first week of enrollment, then surveys each student within every class start (2 to 6 times) based upon the length of program. This provides the School Director with immediate feedback on the individual students who show a high probability of withdrawal.

Admission Representative Hiring & Training Program

Our Admission Representative Hiring & Training Program helps the Sales Manager or School Director screen, identify & train quality individual sales professionals to serve as admission representatives within their school. 

Specifically we will create the admission representative job placement ad, write & record the job opening voice mail message, screen & phone interview all candidates, as well as train each admission representative you chose to hire. 

Schools using our program are able to hire higher qualified sales professionals who on average out sell their co-workers by a two-to –one ratio.

Job Placement & Exit Counseling Program

Our Job Placement & Exit Counseling Program Is A Two Step Interview Process compromised in two parts; The Job Placement and Exit Counseling Program.

Our Job Placement component involves two job interviews and a survey customized to each school’s specifications and is designed to give tools to the Placement Officer in guiding students towards identifying the employer who fits the student best. For Schools using Federal Title IV Loans, this process is designed to help reduce your cohort default rate.

Our Exit Counseling Program component is designed to educate the student about their loan repayment responsibilities and identifying any possible obstacles that could impede with their post graduation employment and loan repayment.
